INTERNAL INFORMATION SYSTEM POLICY / INTERNAL INFORMATION SYSTEM MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE
The present Ethical Channel of Atitlan Business Group and its Participated companies is a means through which you can ask questions and report breaches of the provisions of the Code of Ethics, any other internal regulations, or concerning actions or omissions that may constitute breaches of European Union law or compliance with current legislation that must be observed.
You can also make these reports verbally to the Compliance Officer or in writing at the address Calle Don Juan de Austria 30, 3rd Floor. 46002 - Valencia, Spain, or via email. Additionally, you can also approach the Independent Authority for Informant Protection or, where applicable, analogous bodies of the Autonomous Communities.
This Channel is part of the company's internal information system, and it is essential that you are aware of it, as well as the documents that comprise and develop it: the Internal Information System Policy and the Internal Information System Management Procedure, documents that you can consult by clicking on the links.
Reports will be processed by a System Manager (the Compliance Officer), who will ensure both the confidentiality and anonymity of the reporter, the option to make reports anonymously, or the prohibition of retaliation, as well as the protection of the rights of the accused, and the appropriate handling of personal data contained in the communication.
The Reporting Channel will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and the initial management of the communication will be carried out by an independent external company, thus ensuring the confidentiality of the communication process. The Channel is one of the main sources of information and detection of offenses, a fundamental component in our Compliance System.
Measures will be taken to ensure that no retaliation occurs against users who have raised inquiries/reports and to ensure the proper management of any potential conflict of interest.
