All communications are submitted through a secure platform to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the information. Access is strictly limited to the person responsible for the Internal Information System, who manages the Ethics Channel. All reports are handled with the utmost confidentiality.

Can I report matters or suggestions related to Human Resources?

The Ethics Channel is not intended for general Human Resources matters unless they involve a serious breach of the Code of Ethics and Conduct or a violation of fundamental rights. For routine HR matters, employees are encouraged to contact their line manager or the Human Resources department.

What guarantees does the Anonymous Complaints Channel offer?

The person responsible for the Internal Information System acts independently and impartially in the management of the Ethics Channel. In performing their duties, the following principles are ensured:

  • Confidential handling of all information and documentation.

  • Objective and thorough assessment of all reports.

  • Respect for due process and the presumption of innocence of all parties involved.

  • Protection of the reporting person’s identity, including the possibility of anonymous reporting.

  • Protection against retaliation for any individual who reports or cooperates in an investigation.
